- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation in any IFWA event.
- IFWA reserves the sole right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; submission timing does not guarantee priority.
- Accepted applicants will be contacted via the email address provided in the application.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all forms. Submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification and may bar you from future applications.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the IFWA name, logo, imagery, text, and design — is the exclusive property of International Fashion Week Albania or its licensors and is protected by Albanian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from IFWA.
6. Photography & Media Consent for Event Participants
Accepted participants (models, designers, volunteers, media representatives, partners, and sponsors) attending IFWA events acknowledge and agree that:
- IFWA and its accredited photographers and videographers may capture images and video during events, backstage areas, and related activities.
- These materials may be used for promotional, editorial, and archival purposes across all media channels — including social media, press, and the website — without further compensation.
- Participants who wish to withdraw consent after an event must notify IFWA in writing at ifwalbania@gmail.com. Removal of already-published material is subject to technical feasibility.
7. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to site systems or other users' data
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site
- Submit spam or automated form submissions
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
